Research

Professor Zhang's research interests are in biochemistry, chemical genomics, computational chemistry, and structure-based drug design. The Zhang group will solve crystal structures of protein complexes in fat cell signaling and tumor angiogenesis pathways to aid the design of anti-obesity and anti-cancer drugs.
